Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using AEO Table. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Beta service
AEO Table is provided as an early paid beta for AI search visibility monitoring. Product capabilities, usage limits, and provider availability may change as the service is prepared for broader launch.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email or Google account used to sign in. You must not share credentials, bypass access controls, or use the service for unlawful activity.
3. Customer content
You retain responsibility for brand names, domains, competitor names, questions, and other content submitted to the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit and analyze that content.
4. AI and third-party providers
The service may send selected questions and related context to AI search or data providers in order to generate Runs and Reports. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before business decisions are made.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Credits, subscription status, and plan limits are shown inside AEO Table. Refunds, cancellations, and manual adjustments are handled through the published support path.
6. Availability and changes
The beta service is provided without a guaranteed uptime commitment. We may change, suspend, or discontinue beta features when needed to protect users, control provider cost, or improve reliability.
