U.S. data residency
Our application and database workloads are hosted in U.S. regions by default.
SOC 2 audited providers
We use SOC 2 audited infrastructure providers for hosting, database, and AI infrastructure.
Controlled AI routing
AI requests are routed through selected model providers and provider endpoints, with routing restrictions configured to reduce unintended provider fallback.
Privacy-first model controls
For model providers that support it, we enable privacy controls such as zero data retention, restricted data collection, and no-training data policies.
Encryption & least privilege
We apply encryption in transit, access controls, environment separation, and least-privilege operational practices to protect customer data.
Information we collect
AEO Table collects account information, brand setup details, Task configuration, Run inputs, generated Report data, billing state mirrored from Stripe, product usage events, and support messages you send to us.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, process billing, run AI visibility analysis, generate reports, maintain security, provide support, and improve product reliability.
Service providers
AEO Table uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for billing, Vercel for hosting and analytics, and selected AI/search providers to process the questions and context chosen by users.
AI processing
When you start a Run, selected questions, brand context, competitor context, market, language, and provider selections may be sent to third-party AI or search providers so the service can produce answer evidence.
Data retention
Reports, Runs, credit ledger entries, and billing records may be retained while your account remains active or as needed for operational, legal, billing, or abuse-prevention reasons.
